Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we won’t rest until you’re happy – whether that takes a reprint of your order or a refund.
Returns Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with both our Services and Products. If, within the initial thirty (30) days of receipt, you find any reason for dissatisfaction, we pledge to rectify the situation:
Refunds are contingent upon the actual amount paid, exclusive of any promotional or discount values.
In cases of confirmed damage or defects upon receipt, we will, at our discretion, either furnish a prepaid
return
shipping label, reimburse your return shipping costs, or advise the disposal of the damaged or defective
product.
For other cases, return shipping expenses are your responsibility. Shipping and handling charges may be
applicable,
especially for Services and Products offered on a free or promotional basis.
Bulk or wholesale-priced orders are considered final, and refunds are only granted in the instance of verified
material
damage or defects upon arrival, subject to confirmation by our team. For bulk/wholesale orders, it's crucial to
request
and thoroughly review digital proofs before finalizing the order.
There exists a statutory right to cancel vouchers purchased from Printerpix within 7 business days of the
purchase
date
(Cancellation Period). However, if you choose to redeem the voucher(s) within this Cancellation Period, you
explicitly
consent to the products or services being provided to you, thereby forfeiting your right to cancel the voucher
purchase.
